The Management Team and Staff

Cobholm and Lichfield Childcare Centre is a Company limited by guarantee, not for profit and non shares.              I t was set up as a Social Enterprise and therefore is very different to many other childcare organisations

  within the area.

 Any surplus/profit is invested back into the Company. The Company has a board of Directors two of which

 are employed as part of the Management Team-Childcare Centre Manager, Kim Marshall and

 Julie Harvey Assistant Manager.

We employ 18 staff in total, all of whom are qualified. Several staff are continuing their studies and working towards higher qualifications. All staff have current CRBs. It is our policy to renew CRBs as and when required.

The Company encourages staff to continue personal and professional development during their employment.

We do this by supporting staff with study time and enabling staff to access external training.

The Managers provide regular in-house training along with informal discussions relating to day to day matters.

The Childcare Centre ensures staff are kept up to date with current issues related to childcare and therefore all staff have received training on the Early Years Foundation Stage.
